The company has been active in Cape Town with a branch for around seven years, but until now there was no official showroom nor sufficient visibility of the machines, as the product range was stocked in a warehouse. Now visitors can see the company’s cutting-edge products live and in action.
The large showroom has good lighting and is an ideal venue for customers to see demonstrations of the various products and their capabilities, to test out the equipment, and to speak to product experts who can advise them on the ideal solution for their business.

The newly opened showroom is located at 33A Montague Drive, Montague Gardens, Cape Town. According to the company’s owner, Eric Yin, the location was chosen on the basis that it is a central industrial area, unlike with Johannesburg, which has numerous industrial areas.
As AM.CO.ZA has an online store and express services, not all of the company’s solutions need to be kept in the showroom, but customers can learn more about a wide range of products in the showroom.
While the company specialises in CNC machines and large format printers, visitors can also see demonstrations of a range of other solutions in the showroom, which include vinyl cutters, heat presses, screen printing solutions, 3D printers, consumables and much more.
But the company’s offerings don’t stop at product sales, AM.CO.ZA also seeks to provide training for its customers through its subsidiary company, Ambitious Machinery. The Ambitious academy provides industrial CNC machine software and training. Companies and individuals will be given the opportunity to enrol in on-site courses and receive hands-on training for both hardware and software. These courses will be backed by qualifications and certifications. Ambitious Machinery provides a portal on their website for all types of CNC software and drivers for almost any industrial machine available. AM.CO.ZA and subsidiaries also provide online training and tips and tricks videos across their YouTube channel and various associated websites.
