Trotec has announced that it will showcase the Speedy 400 laser engraver as well as laser applications on various materials on the Speedy Series.
These solutions will be showcased at the upcoming Paperworld in Frankfurt, Germany from 26-29 January. Features include a maximum engraving speed of 4.2 m/sec, an acceleration of 5g, the revolutionary motion system OptiMotion and a working area with 1016 x 610mm optimised to most material plate formats such as acrylic or wood. With up to 250 Watt laser power, engraving and cutting gets even faster. Thanks to the patented Flexx Technology, users get a CO2 and a fibre laser source in one machine.
Besides plastics, acrylics and wood, Trotec also offers laser-suitable paper and environmentally-friendly wood sheets for laser processing. Trotec LaserPaper obtains outstanding results for printing, laser cutting and laser engraving. A special material in this range is LaserPaper Wood, which features a real wood surface and a white cardstock layer. TroCraft Eco, the laser material made of recyclable resources, is fully biodegradable and also emissions-free.
