Trotec Laser South Africa has announced a new range of wood veneer sheet materials as part of its consumables for laser and rotary engraving.
The company’s range of engravable veneered wood that can also be used with lasers is supplied with a formaldehyde-free fibre board core with real wood laminated on either side, available in five luxurious finishes.
The wood sheets can be engraved and cut with CO2 lasers with promising results, and are frequently used for model making and structural elements. It is also a popular material for the production of personalised gifts, product displays and high quality design elements.
