Trotec Laser will exhibit laser technologies at the upcoming Sign Africa and FESPA Africa Expo, taking place from 12-14 September at Gallagher Convention Centre.
Visitors will be among the first to see the brand new R500 Industrial grade laser cutting machine that has just arrived in South Africa. The company will also be exhibiting their SpeedMarker laser marker, designed for promotional industries, and the high-speed paper cutting GS1000. Visitors to stand A18 will get to see a range of application demonstrations.
The Speedmarker series of marking lasers is the ultimate tool for processing high speed marking applications. A highlight of the new SpeedMark update is the new SpeedMark Vision feature ‘Code Detection’. It is now possible to read and verify all common codes such as data matrix codes, QR codes and barcodes using the Vision camera.
Trotec will also feature their engraving materials range at the show. Featuring a wide range of materials which are ideal for signage, display and more, Trotec offer materials for both laser and mechanical engraving machines.
The newest addition to the range is the Digital Print Series engraving laminate, a specially treated material which allows it to be printed with UV and LED curing inks prior to laser cutting and engraving. Other materials available in the range include cast acrylics, engraving laminates, solid and veneered wood sheets and engraving metals.
