Traceability solutions will be exhibiting their range of laser machines at FESPA Africa (previously Sign Africa and Visual Communications Africa) from 2-4 July 2014 at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Hall 1, Stands A10 and 11.
At the show, Traceability solutions will exhibit the DuraBlack™, AlumaMark and Laserable Rubber. The DuraBlack™ is CO2 laser markable aluminium for durable, on-demand marking for harsh operating environments. In side-by-side tests, DuraBlack outperforms black anodized aluminium and laser markable acrylic tape in select applications.
DuraBlack is resistant to sunlight (UV-radiation), abrasion, high-temperatures, salt-spray and chemical exposure. The laser is composed of a multi-level coating available upon 0.005″ or 0.020″ thick aluminium. DuraBlack can be attached to either curved or flat surfaces with adhesive, rivets or screws. It is imaged with any CO2 marking laser to produce a durable, high-resolution barcode or human-readable image.
The AlumaMark is real aluminium that may be imaged or marked using a CO2 laser. Unique among laserable substrates, AlumaMark allows one to create black, positive marks on silver, gold, bronze, brass or coloured backgrounds. Designed so that it may be marked using low power settings, AlumaMark is used to produce Nameplates, Name Badges, Plaque and Trophy Plates, Labels, Interior Signage and more.
The laser’s technology allows you to create a high-quality, high-value product that differentiates your products from the competition. AlumaMark parts can be easily produced on your laser, when and where they are needed.
The Laserable Rubber is a rubber for Laser also known for its high quality products used for stamp production. This wide product range which has been developed to meet a number of special requirements when creating different types of stamps such as:
