SwissQprint operates on a global scale, with over 1900 installations worldwide. Fenix Digital Group has been the official swissQprint sales and service partner in Italy for 15 years and has just delivered the 130th swissQprint large format printer.
Being one of Europe’s largest markets for commercial printing, sign and display as well as packaging, Italy was one of the first markets for swissQprint (founded in 2007) to enter by partnering with Fenix Digital Group in 2009. ‘We started our collaboration, based on a common technical and business background,’ said Paola Mortara, co-founder and CEO of Fenix Digital Group.
The two companies have successfully established the swissQprint brand in Italy since. December 2023 saw the 130th swissQprint large format printer being installed, and several units are scheduled to be delivered in the first quarter of 2024.
Federico Musaio, Co-Founder and Sales Director of Fenix Digital Group explained, ‘A number of customers are currently investing in their third or fourth generation by purchasing their fifth or sixth swissQprint printer, confident that they are getting another reliable machine that keeps its value over time.’

Italy remains an important market as it bears great potential in segments beyond the traditional sign and display market. The same applies to bespoke and on-demand productions as well as small high-quality print runs or applications with special requirements in terms of durability.
