UV LED printing largely avoids ozone emissions; thanks to LED technology, mercury waste is eliminated. SwissQprint inks are also VOC-free and Greenguard Gold certified.
High Energy Efficiency
SwissQprint saves not only a user’s budget but also natural resources. All of its current flatbed and roll to roll printers are highly energy efficient, as evidenced by their ISO 20690:2018 certification. SwissQprint is the first manufacturer of large format printers to put their machines through this test.
A Performance Comparison With 2.2kW
UV LED large format printers from swissQprint consume an average of 2.2 kilowatt-hours of electricity, exactly the same as an average kettle. A two-hour video streaming session on a 65 inch 4K TV requires about the same amount of power, calculated from the data centre to the end device.
