Summa Showcasing Cutting Solutions

The Summa America team will demonstrate the four product series: the S One and S Class 2 Series, the F Series and the L Series. For the first time since the acquisition of Valiani, Summa will have the Omnia 100 die cutting machine on their stand.

The F1832 is one of the larger F Series flatbed cutters. The F1832 is able to cut materials in an area of 182.88cm (72 inches) wide by 320.04cm (126 inches) long. Thanks to the conveyor system, even materials longer than the actual cutting area can be processed. During Printing United Expo, the F1832 will cut an extensive range of materials and inspire the crowd with some amazing Vegas-themed applications.

The L3214 large format laser cutter for media up to 340.1cm (133.9 inches wide), will almost certainly steal the show. It cuts incredibly fast, is powerful and precise. Join us for the demonstrations on printed fabrics and see how this laser cutter is able to cut while the design is scanned in and the material is fed forward.

At the booth, the large units are accompanied by Summa’s well-known roll cutters. Smaller in size but big in cutting quality. The most comprehensive S Class 2 cutter, the S2TC160 model, will be demonstrated and the S One Series will be represented by the S1D160 model.

It is no coincidence that Summa is renowned for its roll cutter technology. The product series feature accurate and fast cutting for short and long-run jobs. The recognition of the registration marks happen at lightning-fast speeds. Watch the roll cutters in action during the live demonstrations.

Printing United is the first exhibition and chance to showcase the collaboration between Summa and Valiani. The biggest visible sign of the partnership is the Omnia 100 from Valiani that will be on display at Summa America’s stand. It is an auto feed die cutting machine that is able to process media of up to 74.9cm (29.5 inches) wide to 104.9cm (41.3) inches long. The range of cutters from Valiani is very complementary to Summa. Where the Valiani range ends, Summa follows with its flatbed cutters.
