Summa has expanded its offering to the sign making market with the launch of the Summa S Class 2, which it introduced at the Sign Istanbul show (6-9 December).
The S2 is a sturdy cutter which will improve sign makers’ performance due to its faster processor. The standard Ethernet connection enables faster communication than the former serial connection. It also makes longer distances between the computer and unit possible.
The product also has improved media flanges with more grip to handle wide and heavy rolls even better and in-field upgrade possibility for extra pinch rollers, etc. A reorganized, colourful and user-friendly new menu screen and setup provide the user with a more ergonomic interface.
