STP Engineering showcased its printing and cutting technologies at the Sign Africa Expo, which was held from 11-13 September at Gallagher Convention Centre.
The LIYU DQS2000 hybrid UV printer has versatile applications including promotion, advertisement, decoration, glass, textile and more, with quality prints of up to 2400dpi and small drop size of 5 Pl, and printing thicknesses of up to 50mm on rigid substrates, allowing for a variety of products to be printed for many industries.
The LIYU Platinum KCP 3020XL Pro + flatbed UV printing machine uses cutting-edge technology to deliver an exceptional printing experience. Equipped with features such as dual vacuum motors and material support pins, this machine ensures both precision and reliability.
The iEcho PK1209 Pro Max flatbed cutter is an automatic intelligent cutting system that features a fully automatic vacuum chuck and automatic lifting and feeding system platform. Equipped with a variety of tools, it can quickly and precisely perform through cutting, half cutting, creasing and marking. It is suitable for sample making and short-run customised production for packaging, signs and printing.
The iEcho BK4-2516 flatbed cutter cuts automatically and accurately for single and multi-layer cutting, such as through-cut, milling, V-groove, marking and more. With its high precision and efficiency, it provides automated cutting solutions to a variety of industries such as automotive interior, advertising, furniture, composite and more. The cutting speed can reach 1800mm/s.
