Over 250 visitors came to see the good cross-section of products and services that were on display at the Sign Africa RoadShow in Nelspruit. The expo was a showcase for products for the sign, display, digital graphics and wide format Industries. The one-day event, sponsored by Avery Dennison and Roland, was held on 15 February at the Emnotweni Arena.
Highlights include:
-Midcomp showcased the HP Designjet L28500 for the first time in Africa.
-Sytech Supplies showcased its new Super J-Star ink.
-Konica Minolta showcased its new Photo-PRESS photobook solution.
-Bytes Document Solutions showcased the newly-launched Xerox 700i Digital Press
Judges visited each stand at the expo and judged the stands according to criteria based on design and staff friendliness and professionalism. The stand winners and runners up are as follows:
Best Large Stand Winner: Xerox
Best Large Stand Runner up: Midcomp
Best Small Stand Winner: Falcon
Best Small Stand Runner up: GSW/Crystalite
