The new Flexi Complete, an all-in-one design, print and cut software for sign and print providers, comprises a host of innovative new and convenient features, engineered to address the day-to-day requirements of sign and display users.
Based on customers’ feedback, the new features introduced in Flexi Complete mean that finishing tools are now seamlessly integrated into the design workflow, instead of being options to be applied in Production Manager. This improves efficiencies by enabling sign and large format display users to easily add grommets, fold lines and bleeds to any project. By using the handy DesignCentral control panel, users can customise elements directly and achieve precise bleeds with multiple options – including corner choices, for flawless print-ready designs.
Thanks to two new nesting options within Production Manager, users benefit from smoother workflows. These new options allow job images to be viewed during movement and layouts to be updated effortlessly with a simple checkbox. Additional features like manual overlapping, zoom options and vertical alignment tools offer increased precision and efficiency for users, regardless of the sign or large format print application they’re working on.
Via an innovative and intuitive custom weed path tool, weed lines can be created with just one click, simply by drawing a path over any vector object. This new tool has been designed with time-saving in mind so that operators can efficiently automate processes while ensuring flawless results.
Flexi Complete introduces a refreshed look to Flexi’s familiar intuitive interface, which, based on user preferences, now offers a set of options to personalise the theme and layout. For seasoned professionals or those just starting out in signmaking, DTF, DTG, direct-to-vinyl, or other wide format printing applications, the optimised interface continues to promote a streamlined workflow, so users can navigate the software with ease, saving both time and effort.
Other useful advancements introduced to address common everyday pain points among sign and display users include Advanced Text Designer and Advanced ContourCut, the latter of which permits contour paths to be previewed by themselves, allowing users to catch any errors before the job is sent. Meanwhile, a new keyboard shortcut makes the irksome problem of masking/unmasking objects much easier.
