Roland has launched its toll free number, 0800 ROLAND (765 263), making it easier for customers to deal with and get hold of the company.
Currently when dialling the free number, calls will be routed to Roland South African Head quarters. Over the next few months, the company will be implementing regional routing, making sure a user is routed to the Roland support centre closest to their current location.
