New VersaEXPRESS RF-640
The RF-640 prints up to 48.5sqm/hr, approximately twice as fast as the previous model, and is perfect for banner production. From signs and banners to vehicle graphics and wraps of all kinds, the RF-640 delivers exceptional results throughout the longest production runs.
With the RF-640, Roland redesigned the take-up system for high speed volume production. Two rigid shafts hold heavy rolls in place for reliably accurate media feeding. A new dancer roller assembly applies just the right level of tension to move media precisely through the printer.
VersaCAMM SP-540i
The VersaCAMM SP-i series is the industry’s most versatile entry-level device, combining four-colour printing and contour cutting all in one device through one seamless workflow. Roland Intelligent Pass Control technology virtually eliminates banding by optimising masking patterns and dot placement at the edge of each pass and offers print speeds that are up to 50 percent faster than the previous models in Standard print mode.
SolJet Pro 4 XR-640
The 163cm (64 inch) SolJet Pro 4 XR-640 is Roland’s largest and fastest printer/cutter, with production speeds of up to 49sqm/hr. The machine, which won the Viscom ‘Best of 2012’ award, combines an innovative new print head design and new ECO-SOL MAX2 inks in nine colours: cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CMYK), plus light cyan (Lc), light magenta (Lm), white (Wh), metallic silver (Mt) and new light black (Lk).
CAMM-1 Servo GX-24 Desktop Vinyl Cutter
This cutter combines precision cutting with ease of use. Powered by a digital servomotor, it achieves cutting speeds up to 50cm (20 inches) per second with maximum accuracy. Vehicle graphics, signs, decals, labels, stencils, pin-striping and heat transfers come out looking crisp and clean.
STiKA SV-12 and SV-15
STIKA comes with the latest version of Roland CutStudio, easy-to-use design software packed with features. From simple lettering to colourful sign graphics, CutStudio makes it easy to be creative. Using CutStudio, you can draw and edit circles and curves, add text along an arc, and import photos and graphics in jpg or bmp. Combine rectangles, circles, polygons, lines and curves for more sophisticated graphics. It is ideal for a wide variety of applications including signs, labels, decals, stickers, vehicle graphics, retail displays, heat transfers for apparel and etching material.
