Rexx Screen & Digital Supplies showcased the Easiway dip screen cleaning and reclaiming system at the recent Sign Africa Durban Expo, held from 11-12 March at the Durban ICC.
Dubbed as one of the fastest, safest and most cost efficient screen reclaiming methods in existence, thousands of printing companies throughout the world have adopted this unique system. The system consists of a tank, tank lid, spigot and screen hold down rod. Screens can be dipped in the tank filled with the appropriate measure of water, and then cleaning fluid. Thereafter, the screen can be removed and pressure rinsed, sprayed with an Easiway stain remover, scrubbed, pressure rinsed again and finally flood rinsed.
