The newly launched Rexx Screen and Digital Supplies website features comprehensive information and images of Rexx-T premium quality combed cotton garment blanks as well as new heat transfer systems in collaboration with OKI, SHOCKLINE, SEF and GCC cutting plotters, as well as VASTEX precision screen printing machinery.
The company has built this new site with the focus on being an essential, user friendly and valuable asset to its customers by offering all the relevant information on a large range of systems and products at the click of a button. All documents are in a downloadable PDF format, which customers are able to save and use as needed.
Rexx-T is the comapany’s range of premium quality combed cotton blank garments that fit retail quality markets. All garments have been enzyme washed, which removes excess surface fibres, resulting in the smoothest, and softest finish. Furthermore, Rexx has added tear-out labels, so that they can easily be rebranded.
The company has also included its Electronic Colour Chart (PDF format) to the website, which is updated with the latest styles, colours and size guide.
Exciting additional products introduced are laser paper transfer systems from SHOCKLINE, together with OKI printers and Schulze heat presses. These systems offer a reliable, effective and quick transfer process onto a multitude of dark or light fabrics and a range of other substrates.
OKI laser printers have partnered with SHOCKLINE, offering a laser paper as an extremely cost-effective start-up option to DTG. The process is simple, effective, and offers ‘self-weeding’ options for both light and dark garments, which eliminate unsightly edges, as on other similar transfer papers.
SHOCKLINE has revolutionised the laser paper game, giving customers a soft finish, versatile enough to be used on a multitude of substrates, such as cotton, polyester, leather, wood, aluminium, mugs, and even glass. The papers also don’t damage the printer drum.
Another highly effective transfer system is the product range from SEF Heat Transfer Films. SEF offers a huge selection of ‘print and cut’ and ‘cut’ options with the softest feel possible. They also offer a range of special effect films, like MetalFlex, Flexcut Puff, and Velcut, which enables one to create bespoke T-shirts and add that ‘WOW factor’.
The processes described above both require a heat press to transfer the image, and Rexx offers Schulze heat presses, from mug presses and cap presses, to the specialised DTG press, specifically aimed at the DTG market and Swing presses for the films and the laser paper markets.
The company has also introduced the GCC cutting plotters for both the entry level customer and for those who already own one, but desire to expand or upgrade older plotters. It is a must when using SEF heat transfer films, enabling users to cut their own work, which in turn is essential to offer quick turnaround times and enabling the user to control the quality.
Rexx has introduced VASTEX precision screen printing machinery. Manufactured in the USA for more than 65 years, the Vastex name is synonymous with premium quality manual T-shirt presses, flash driers, curing tunnels and dark room equipment.
