1310

Rexx Screen and Digital Supplies will showcase a wide range of products at the upcoming Sign Africa Cape Town expo, which runs from 15-16 March at the Cape Town International Convention Centre.

Solutions being displayed include:

Rexx-T premium blank garment range

Rexx-T garments can be differentiated by the enzyme wash the fabrics are treated with. This process gives the smoothest, softest surface for DTG and screen printing, delivering optimal quality print finish. All single jersey garments have been individually styled using 160 gram combed cotton for the best fit and feel, including tear out labels which allow for easy rebranding.

Fleece garments are manufactured in 270 gram 70/30 combed cotton/polyester with the polyester on the inside of the garment giving it a luxurious soft, brushed finish. All fabrics are dyed using dischargeable dyes, allowing for all printing techniques, including eco-friendly discharge printing (Royal Blue and Solar Blue excluded). Many high profile brands use the garments at retail level.

SEF Heat Transfer Films

SEF heat transfer films for print and cut and plotter cutting offer a range of products for textile decoration applications. Ranging from Flock to printable Tattoo, heat transfer films can be applied to T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, caps, bags or any fabric material. The SEF line of heat transfer materials consists of a full range of solutions suitable for many applications. The company have specialities such as metal film, flock, reflective, glow-in-the-dark and puff, to name just a few.

Direct to Garment Printers (DTG)

Polyprint’s Texjet range is ideal for customers wishing to enter the DTG printing industry, with low running costs, excellent reliability and a 30 day downtime without fear of blocked nozzles.

It is also compatible with screen printing, with all the advantages of direct to garment digital printing. The new platforms available, Texjet Shortee, Echo and more cover all requirements with an exceptionally easy to use RIP software and simple machine controls. Rexx offers full installation training and after sales support on all models as well as local stock holding of consumables and certain spare parts.

Kornit DTG printers are developed specifically for the garment printing industry. Kornit`s main advantages are the incorporation of the following state of the art technologies into the printer`s industrial design: the PreT System, a pre-treatment system integrated into the printer for automatic pre-treatment of the garments; Spectra print heads, and a proprietary ink system designed to handle opaque white inks in addition to CMYK, preventing any ink-flow setbacks.
