Recently, RAW Modular, a prominent furniture and workspace design company in Pretoria, was approached by Advanced Machinery (AM.CO.ZA) to assist in developing furniture for their new training facilities. The result is a series of wedge-shaped training tables designed for optimal functionality in a training environment, and produced with AM.CO.ZA’s EasyRoute CNC Router.
‘We were excited about the new training products and offerings that Advanced Machinery was designing,’ said a representative from RAW Modular. ‘When they told me about these, I offered to look at the furniture that was going to be used in the training facilities.’
The collaborative effort produced training tables that are designed with a unique wedge shape, enhancing their functionality in training settings. To ensure durability and stability, the tables feature standard off-the-shelf hairpin legs in black, which provide both sturdiness and the ability to withstand rigorous use in a training facility.
The representative added, ‘We went for a standard off-the-shelf leg, a hairpin leg in black, to finish off the table, and to make it very sturdy and also heavy enough to withstand the rigorous use in a training facility.’
The training tables are a testament to the synergy between the two companies, combining cutting-edge machinery with forward-thinking furniture design to create training environments that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
