Polyprint recently showcased its range of TexJet DTG printers and more.
The solutions were showcased at FESPA 2018.
TexJet Shortee ‘had all eyes on it’ while printing super fast. Its lightweight and portable nature has always been an attraction for entry level professionals.
TexJet Echo, Polyprint’s best selling DTG printer, was presented in two versions: for direct to garment printing and in the ‘Screen & Digital Mix’, a combination of screen printing with digital printing.
With this method, the screen printer can accept small orders up to 400 pieces, by screen printing the white underbase or the effects and digitally printing the colours. The concept of Screen & Digital Mix is an idea developed a few years ago by Polyprint, and it is skyrocketing because of the advantages offered.
TexJet More, the solution for large applications, such as bed linen, was constantly printing.
Dupont Artistri & Power water based pigment inks were presented and Polyprint’s printed samples were also showcased an Dupont’s stand. The new DTG software ‘Digital Factory Apparel, v10 Polyprint Edition’ was officially presented for the first time, and visitors could watch live demonstrations of its automation features.
Upcoming FESPA events include FESPA Africa, the region’s largest, focused exhibition for wide format digital printing, screen printing, garment decoration and textile printing, which is co-located with Sign Africa and Africa Print, the region’s leading events for the signage industry. The event is taking place from 12-14 September 2018 at Gallagher Convention Centre, Johannesburg.
