Perspex has expanded its extensive selection of signage material to include Perspex® ACM, a range of aluminium composite sheeting in a number of exciting colours. It is a high quality composite panel composed of aluminium sheets sandwiching a Polyethylene core and is the perfect medium for creative signage.
Perspex MD Stuart Hughes said, ‘This is a lightweight but incredibly rigid sheeting that is dimensionally stable. It is UV-resistant with minimal expansion and contraction rates, so signs made from this material can withstand the rigours of outdoor weathering.’
Perspex ACM is simple to cut, route, fold and bend and is available in a large colour range. It’s suitable for digital printing, screen printing, vinyl application and painting. Perspex ACM can also be used in shop fitting, POS displays, exhibition stands, partitioning, wall linings, suspended ceilings and industrial applications.
The company supplies three types of aluminium composite sheeting suitable for different applications. These include: Premium quality Perspex® ACM for creative signage, reduced weight Perspex® ACM Lite for signage projects where high load-bearing capacity is not a requirement and Perspex® ACM XT, a cost effective exterior solution with a long lasting, durable finish for outdoor use.
