The Federation of German Industries (BDI), Deloitte Private, UBS and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung jointly presented the Best Managed Companies Award to outstandingly managed companies in the sector of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
The international ORAFOL Group was presented with the prestigious Best Managed Companies Award for outstandingly managed medium-sized companies for the third consecutive time in Frankfurt in May.
The internationally acclaimed award is currently presented in over 45 countries worldwide, including Germany since 2018. As part of the application process, participating companies are assessed for their excellence in four core areas: strategy, productivity and innovation, culture and commitment, governance and finances. Best Managed Companies are therefore characterised by their outstanding entrepreneurial skills and resource-based development. They are exceptionally implementation-orientated, consistently focused on productivity and innovation, and place considerable importance to selecting and developing the right employees to successfully implement their business model and strategy.
