– Map ink cost and print speed data to jobs for accurate, real-time cost estimation.
– Job-level control: assign printers and settings to jobs directly, ensuring output aligns with estimates and production requirements.
– Send print-ready files from ONYX Align to ONYX Thrive with one click—reducing handoffs and mistakes.

Using the ONYX ecosystem, a shop can upload the print-ready file directly into ONYX Align, where the job is automatically assigned to the correct printer and print mode. The solution instantly references all relevant production settings, including QuickSets, media groups, media profiles, print modes, and the assigned printer, and pushes that job to the ONYX Thrive RIP Queue without manual input or reconfiguration.

From there, ONYX Thrive processes the file and sends back a colour-managed preview for final review. If the job needs to be recreated later, the original order data, including file, settings, and history, is already stored in Align and can be resent to Thrive with a single click.
