National Screen and Digital Supplies (NSDS) highlighted the iUV-600s flatbed UV printer and its screen printing solutions at the Sign Africa Cape Town Expo, which took place from 5-6 June at the Cape Town International Convention Centre.
The iUV-600s flatbed UV printer comprises of compress UV LED technology. It has a small footprint and brings cost-effective, on-demand colour printing to the production floor for a multitude of substrates. The Compress iUV-600s gives users the freedom to print exactly what they want onto virtually any substrate.
These include: custom licence plates, custom licence plate frames, USB Drives, custom electronics covers, phone cases, acrylic awards, corrugated plastic, PVC foam core, acrylic signs, variable data ID badges, parts marking, hockey pucks, ball paddles, custom stone tiles, coasters and guitar pick guards.

The manual screen printing carousels from National Screen & Digital Supplies are robust solid steel constructed with a unique three-way micro registration system and aluminium platens that are non-warping. The carousels are available in multiple numbers of print colours and stations, and the platens have an option for added heat retention when flashing.
