OKI’s proColor Series has been named ‘Product of the Year’ by the National Association of Quick Printers (NAQP). The proColor was presented with this award in ceremonies that took place on the 8th November during the NAQP Owners Conference in Nashville, TN, USA.
The “Product of the Year” designation is presented to a company that has produced a new or enhanced product during the past year that improves product offerings, profitability or customer service and satisfaction in the quick and small commercial print market. OKI proColor will be presented with this award in ceremonies taking place Friday evening, November 8 during the NAQP Owners Conference in Nashville, TN, USA.
The OKI proColor Series is a line of high-impact digital colour printers that serves the graphic arts, production, specialty printing and imaging technologies industries. The line includes digital envelope printers, a digital web press with an array of in-line finishing options, and revolutionary digital colour printers featuring white toner for textile and hard surface transfer printing. The proColor Series delivers professional, production-quality colour output and colour accuracy powered by embedded EFI Fiery and Pantone support on select models.
The proColor Series of digital colour printers includes the:
• Pro900DP/pro905DP and pro910MP digital envelope printers which provide a range of capabilities including variable data, variable graphics and embedded EFI Fiery System 8e Controller with SmartRIP technology on select models, (Currently not available in RSA).
• Pro511DW digital web press that delivers fast, high-quality, full colour labels, with Hybrid custom label management software, a Harlequin RIP on a Proactive server, and a heavy-duty rewinder with slitter, (Currently not available in RSA).
• Pro920WT and 711WT digital colour printers featuring white toner for full colour textile transfers, graphics and signage.
New proColor products and product enhancements have been introduced within the past year. Series and model numbers may differ in South Africa.
