The XpertJet C641SR Pro 630mm wide model offers precise contour-cut and through-cut functionality and integrates a MUTOH AccuFine 1600 nozzle printhead, enhancing both print quality and productivity.
The new model is ideal for desktop use, but it can also be equipped with a stand on castor wheels and an automatic roll-up device for added versatility.
Offering a quality production print speed of 6.5sqm/h at 600 x 900 dpi, the printer/cutter includes the advanced user comfort features known from the award-winning XpertJet SR Pro printer models and uses MUTOH’s GREENGUARD Gold certified MS31/MS51 inks, which are suited for a wide variety of outdoor and indoor graphics.
Engineered and assembled in Japan, the XpertJet C641SR Pro is a compact, lightweight printer/cutter designed for businesses starting out or bringing graphics and sticker production in-house. It’s versatile for creating signs, full-colour stickers, vehicle graphics, banners, posters, labels, heat transfers and fine art prints.
Contour Cut and Through Cut
The XpertJet C641SR Pro integrates a drag knife cutting head for precise contour and through cutting. Two adjustable pressure arms allow accommodating various media width ranges. A built-in grit roller ensures accurate media transport and alignment.

AccuFine 1600 nozzle printhead: MUTOH’s AccuFine printhead technology ensures precise nozzle alignment, faster printing and high-resolution output (up to 1200 x 1200 dpi), enhancing both print quality and productivity.
GREENGUARD Gold certified MS31/MS51 inks: output can be used at full room coverage, even in sensitive environments such as schools and hospitals and it also features UV durability without lamination up to three years outdoor. For heavy duty applications where mechanical stress or environmental impact is involved (floor, vehicle and marine graphics), lamination is required. Stabilisation is required prior to lamination.
Unrivalled user assistance to save time and waste. Drop Master: automated bi-dir alignment. Feed Master: automated media feed adjustment. Media Tracker: automated media roll length management through bar code print/scan. Nozzle area select: allows disabling of nozzle areas on the head to continue printing.
The product will become available later this year through MUTOH certified distributors and partners, with sales starting in Japan in October.
