1029

MHM launched the new 12-colour/14-station MHM X-Type Plus Automatic at FESPA 2013, which took place from 25-29 June in London.

The machine is available in three configuration ranges (with four and eight pallets), all with a printing area of up to 50 x 60 cm. An oversize machine is available with a jumbo printing area of 80 x 100 cm (31,5 x 39,4”), and up to eight pallets and six printing stations.

The new and intuitive software has been developed and the rugged main control panel can be easily adjusted to the best position for ease of use by the operator. Each printing station is equipped with its own individual control unit, enabling fast, easy adjustments during set-up. Each print head can be easily lifted, giving total access to the screen, squeegees and flood bars. This feature assists during set-up. The new indexer makes the machine one of the fastest in the industry with an unrivaled precision.

It includes a ‘bulletproof’ control pad at the end of every station and a switch on each printhead that allows the printhead to be lifted out of the way, (for setting up, adding ink, making registration adjustments etc.), a ‘lightning fast’ AC indexer with a claimed top print speed of over 1400 prints per hour, AC printheads for high quality printing, automatic pallet change and a fully featured touchscreen tablet control system.
