Metamark’s MetaCast® MDC premium cast digital film with MetaGuard MGC cast wrap film overlaminate was used to give a ‘zombie treatment’ to an Astra.
The Astra owner who wanted her car to turn heads got exactly what she was looking for at Wigan based SkullHouse Wraps and Graphics, who did the wrap. It is a very heavily modified homage reflecting a Dodge seen by the customer in the USA and which clearly made an impression. That impression was shared with a friend who then suggested a visit to SkullHouse Wraps and Graphics might be in order.
Random spatters and unspeakable stains can look just that if they are arbitrarily applied. SkullHouse’s design for its customer looks anything but. Instead, it tells a story. Every hand-print, splash and streak appears to have been accorded its position in the design for a reason that can only be guessed at. It looks suitably nasty and bits of it even have some age. Some of the markings streak out horizontally.
The whole ensemble is printed on MetaCast MDC and Matt Laminated in Metamark’s matching MGC laminate. The next generation wrapping film is easily repositionable thanks to its MetaGlide adhesive and that would have been important. Clearly, some precision was required to get this right.
