Ferrous printing films are used as a printing substrate for most inkjet digital printers, and are compatible with UV ink, Solvent ink and Eco-solvent ink. The films will be exhibited at the FESPA Africa and Sign Africa Expo, taking place from 7-9 September at Gallagher Convention Centre.
The product can be directly printed in the same way as normal PVC or similar printing substrates, the difference is that the ferrous printing film must work with flexible magnetic sheet.
The flexible magnetic sheet works as a magnetic base and ferrous printing film is used as a cover sheet to create a magnetic graphic system. Once the magnetic base is installed, it can be used for three to five years, all one needs to do is to change the cover sheet, which is very easy to change and doesn't require special knowledge of installations.
In comparison to traditional PVC, which is applied to the wall with an adhesive, the Magnetic Graphic System can save you a lot of installation time, labour costs and transportation costs.
