The company showcased Marabox, the new environmentally friendly cartridge, UltraJet DUV- inks, the UV curable inks for a large application range and the MaquaJet DA-E water-based ecological ink solution for a wide variety of substrates, at drupa.
Marabox
The cartridge has an environmentally friendly packaging made of recycled paper which allows it to be disposed as domestic waste. Its light weight lowers transportation costs and it has a solid construction which guarantees stable functionality.
UltraJet DUV-inks
The package offers DUV-R (R: Rigid, for rigid substrates) and DUV-H (H: Hybrid, for flexible and rigid substrates) and DUV-F (F: Flexible, for flexible substrates). The inks offer outstanding adhesion on a very wide substrate range and high-grade pigmentation with excellent light fastness for long-term outdoor use (up to two years on suitable substrates). The inks also have very good scratch and chemical resistance for demanding indoor and outdoor requirements.
MaquaJet DA-E ecological ink
The inks have an odourless, water-based formulation and give excellent adhesion on a wide range of coated and uncoated substrates and have a low ink drying temperature. The inks are for Epson DX4/DX5 printhead technology.
Ultramold UVPC screen printing inks
The true UV-curable alternative for the IMD process, these inks give good printability, featuring all the benefits arising from UV-curing with no time-consuming post-tempering of the printed films. The product gives a highly flexible ink film with excellent formability.
