Marabu was represented at the Automotive Interiors Expo 2022 at Messe Stuttgart, Germany, with the focus set on the Film Insert Molding (FIM) process on PC films, back-injected with PC or PC/ABS.
In addition to its existing ink systems for the automotive industry, the ink manufacturer presented MaraMold MPX for film insert moulding (FIM). Marabu auto-industry experts employed sample parts to illustrate the process and the unique advantages of the innovative ink.
The manufacturer also presented the advantages of the in-house FIM technical centre: development processes can be accelerated so that customer requirements can be responded to within a short time. Partner companies and customers of Marabu have been benefiting from this test centre for quite some time.
