Kornit Digital Ltd. announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire German-based Tesoma. The acquisition is expected to be completed on or before April 1, 2022, following the satisfactory completion of business transition and integration plans.
Tesoma’s technology and solutions align with Kornit’s vision for incorporating robotic process automation and digitising the on-demand textile production process, with a seamless, sustainable and streamlined end-to-end workflow that maximises throughput relative to labour and materials while optimising product quality and versatility.
