Keymark Media will launch an exciting variety of products at the upcoming FESPA Africa and Sign Africa expo, taking place from 7-9 September at Gallagher Convention Centre.
The products include:
EASTSIGN/KEYTEX 'FOT' AND 'SOT' HEAT PRESSES
The FOT series is suitable for T-shirts, towels, mouse pads, carpets, flags, banners and polyester fabrics. It features three-way open shuttles for making long fabric; it distributes temperature and pressure evenly; its strong pneumatic pressure allows deep ink penetration and its simple mechanical design allows for easy maintenance. The SOT-1220-H is suitable for garments, flags, blankets, curtains and any polyester in rolls or sheets. It features and automatically-aligning blanket; three pairs of feeding and take-up rolls, and a manual blanket release system.
AQUABOND 36 ANTI-GRAFFITI FILM FOR UV PRINTS
Gloss clear polyester is a clear durable overlaminating film that is coated with a permanent acrylic adhesive suitable for overlamination of all ink types, including UV inks. The high glossy finish and inert surface gives excellent glossy and durable properties and therefore this product is commonly used for overlamination where a glossy clear anti-graffiti finish is required with medium to long term outdoor properties, up to a maximum of three years when used in line with Aquasafe warranty guidelines.
AQUABOND FLOOR & WALL-R
Floor & Wall-R is a 150micron textured white PVC laminated with a removable ‘structured’ clear acrylic adhesive. The PVC is suitable for latex, UV and most solvent based inks. It has been developed for use as a digitally printable ‘easy apply’ wallpaper which is temporarily repositionable and then builds to a strong ‘removable’ bond when laminated to painted/sized plasterboard walls, smooth plastics and metal surfaces.
AQUABOND SANDTEX
Sandtex is a matte clear embossed PVC overlaminating film exhibiting minimal glare and coated with a permanent acrylic adhesive suitable for overlamination of all ink types, including UV inks. The rough textured light diffusing finish gives excellent anti-scuff and anti-slip properties and therefore this product is commonly used for floor graphics (industry tested and approved), pop-up displays and general paper and filmic poster graphic overlamination.
SPIKE ACCURATE SMART PHONE MEASUREMENT TOOL

XANITA PRE-CUT POP TEMPLATES
Keymark will be introduce a new concept for smaller signage shops without UV printers and routers with access to POP clients. These pre-cut templates of popular 'POP' products can be printed on eco solvent/Latex or solvent presses and then cut with templates supplied and mounted to the pre-cut and shaped Xanita boards using a trim template supplied with each pack.
