JG Electronics has introduced Duraluxe, a new powder coated aluminium sublimation panel, developed by Decoral Lab Industries.
The blank printable panels can be printed in full colour using most known sublimation ink brands (including Epson, Sensient, Mimaki, Roland and Sawgrass). The finished product comes with a minimum five year guarantee for use outdoors.
This means a higher outdoor lifespan than the ever popular eco solvent signs so prevalent in South Africa today. As an added advantage these panels are graffiti resistant. Spray paint and graffiti from permanent markers can be removed without damaging the panel.
The panels which are widely available in both matte and gloss versions come in a wide variety of sizes up to 1.2 x 2.4m. The panels are 1.2mm thick and can be bent without damaging or cracking the print.
The panels are coated with a patented double powder coating process which also makes them heat, chemical and outdoor scratch resistant. The panels can be cut to any size with metal shears.
