JG Electronics Exhibiting Sublimation And Vinyl Solutions At Sign Africa Mbombela Expo

JG Electronics (JGE) will be showcasing their business opportunity range, consisting of the new Craft Express range, heat transfer vinyl, Muggit heat presses and Sawgrass desktop printers designed for sublimation. See these products on the company’s stand at the Sign Africa Expo, taking place on 22 February at Emnotweni Arena in Mbombela, 9am-5pm.

The handheld 30.48cm x 25.4cm Craft Express heat press is used for creating DIY home crafts. It is user-friendly, portable and compact, taking up very little space on a desk. Individuals who have limited workspace and create a small quantity of products will love using this machine.

Users can press sublimation prints and vinyl transfers onto flat items like T-shirts, bags, cushion covers, coasters, metal items, hardboard products and more. Use the cap and mug attachment to sublimate custom designs onto mugs and caps (Press-Craft Cap and Press-Craft Mug attachments are sold separately as optional extras). Set your time, temperature, vibration frequency and settings on the digital touch screen display.

The Craft Express Mini Oven is a multifunctional helper featuring a compact design and the ability to press multiple items at once, enabling many personalisation possibilities. It is great for transferring printed designs onto multiple products at one time, increasing production for a small, personalised printing business. It has a built-in four-tube unique heating system that circulates heated air 360° throughout the interior cabin, giving even transfers and better printing results all around a product. The easy-to-use digital temperature control system and three-side heat-resistant machine housing add even more convenience and safety. With a drop-down door and drawable tray, using the oven is a breeze.

It is space-efficient and only occupies a small corner of a desk/workspace. It is ideal to use with the heat shrink bag printing process. Press tumblers, mugs, pet bowls, sports bottles, and other sublimation products can fit in this 25l craft oven. It is uniquely developed for sublimation printing and it is great to add to a small print and transfer sublimation business.

The Craft Express Elite Pro Tumbler Heat Press is extra wide and is an ideal tool for customising drinkware. Users can print and transfer larger size prints onto mugs, tumblers, beer mugs, sports bottles, and other products that can fit into the mug tumbler press. The heat element can transfer prints onto products up to 24cm in length. This extra wide press gives the opportunity to sublimate even closer to the corners of mugs, running from top to bottom. Customise straight tumblers with seamless prints that wrap around the product.

Craft Express mug tumbler elements can attach to the Craft Express mug tumbler heat press that is extra wide. These elements give the ability to transfer prints onto so many different mugs for customers. Personalise cone-shaped mugs, sports bottles, wine tumblers, skinny tumblers, beer mugs, and so many other products that can fit into the mug tumbler elements.

JGE will also showcase the latest Sawgrass SG500 desktop printer, designed for sublimation. With low start-up and running costs, users can create customised products with vibrant HD images, quickly, easily and profitably. It features a compact footprint and rugged reliability. In addition to design improvements such as a single rollbar, the SG500 is more energy-efficient, prints with higher resolution and offers Wi-Fi connectivity. JGE will also exhibit their Muggit heat transfer and sticker vinyls, Muggit heat presses and will be doing demonstrations on these products.

The event is sponsored by Platinum sponsors Roland DG South Africa and Stixo Signage Supplies. The show will take place 9am to 5pm daily. Entrance is free. For more information and to register online, click here.
