Ithala Development Finance Corporation Limited is calling on all signage companies to bid for the RFP 52/14 panel of specialist signage agency services tender.
For functionality or quality, the bidder must obtain 70%.
The physical address for collection of bid documents is Ithala Development Finance Corporation Limited: 17 Isilo Drive, V Section, Umlazi – Durban.
Bid documents will be available from Monday to Friday between 09h00 and 15h00 from 21 April 2015 to 28 April 2015. A non-refundable tender deposit of R300 payable in cash or by bank guaranteed cheque made out in favour of the Employer is required on collection of the tender documents
Bidding Document enquiries may be addressed in writing only to tenders@ithala.co.za and quote the RFP Number on the subject line.
A Compulsory clarification site meeting with representatives of the Employer will take place at Ithala Corporate Centre Building, 17 Isilo Drive, v-section, Umlazi, Durban on 29 April 2015 at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of bids is on Thursday, 7 May 2015 at 14h00. Bid Documents must be dropped off at Ithala Corporate Centre Building, 17 Isilo Drive, v section, Umlazi Durban.
Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail and late bids will not be accepted. Bids may only be submitted on the bid documentation that is issued. Ithala does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid and consider any bid for appointment.
