Iplastics and Mactech, which operate together, have expanded their premises, with a demonstration room and increased warehouse space. Mactech will focus on machinery, while Iplastics will focus on materials.
‘We were motivated to expand our premises for a wider stock range,’ said Calvin Guo, director, Iplastics and Mactech. ‘Customer experience is defined by the interactions and experiences your customer has with you throughout the entire customer journey, from first contact to becoming a happy and loyal customer. It’s important because a customer who has a positive experience with a business is more likely to become a repeat and loyal client. If you want your customers to stay loyal, you have to invest in their experience. An area will be available in order to display our products to our customers.’
With the expansion of the premises comes new products, including textiles such as flag and gazebo material, as well as machinery such as CNC routing, laser engraving and cutting, fibre laser cutting, fibre welding and direct dye-sublimation printing. The following substrates will also be included: acrylic sheets, acrylic mirrors, PVC foam boards, acrylic tubes and aluminium composite sheets.
There will be a supply of digital print media such as laser engraving material, clear adhesive vinyl, cold laminated film, floor lamination, one way vision window film, application paper and printable PVC banners.
Display systems include: aluminium gazebos, executive pull up banners and wall banners. There will also be accessories and parts available, including acrylic benders and machinery consumables.
