Ipex Machinery presented the many applications possible with the Screen Truepress Jet W3200UV at the FESPA Africa Expo, which took place from 2-4 July at Gallagher Convention Centre.
The Truepress Jet W3200UV delivers high-speed, true-quality printing of 84sqm (904 square feet) per hour. It also rapidly prints quick turnaround or high-volume jobs. This system is equipped with a 3.2 x 1.6m (125.9″x 62.9″) wide table, which improves the machine’s efficiency. It is also equipped with lay pins for accurate and repeatable substrate registration and a zoned vacuum bed to reduce masking. All of this adds up to improved throughput.
In addition, as the print table carrying the media is driven by a linear motor, the accuracy of drop placement is improved. Finally, the Truepress Jet W3200UV is equipped with newly developed head modules, allowing it to deliver a new level of print quality in keeping with Screen’s reputation for outstanding imaging technology.
White ink is available as an option, providing improved support for transparent and colour media. The Truepress Jet W3200UV can be upgraded to white ink on-site. It is also possible to upgrade from four to six colours. The ability to print lenticular at high speeds and to print with a matt or a silk finish, gives that the Truepress Jet W3200UV many exciting high value-added applications.
