Innovative Digital Systems’ (IDS) has introduced the TwinRev 360 cylindrical printer. It features maximum part length and diameters.
It is the newest addition to IDS’ UV cylindrical printer line. With the ability to simultaneously print two cylindrical or tapered items, the unit was designed to increase production over standard one-up rotary printers.
The printer can accept products up to 35.8cm (14.1”) in length with diameters all the way up to 12.9cm (5.1”). Operators can also increase their capabilities by enabling a longer print width (requires upgrade to 330mm lamps) or add two printheads to accommodate light cyan/light magenta or jettable primer configurations.
