Flyerline Schweiz AG is expanding its already large fleet of HP digital presses, which include Latex Citex printers and two HP Indigo 100Ks that will be upgraded to HP Indigo 120K Digital Presses. The company has signed a deal with HP inc., to install a new HP Latex 2700 printer series.
Through the expansion of their existing HP Latex 2700 printer series, Flyerline has been prioritising its sustainability efforts, expressing its intention to print PVC banners. The new HP Latex 2700 printer series will provide Flyerline with faster production services and a wider range of colours. The evolution of this strategic collaboration was supported by IGEPA ADOC, HP Large Format’s long-term partner who helped finalise this portfolio expansion.
Steffen Tomasi, CEO, Flyerline, stated, ‘Through this expansion of our entire HP portfolio, we’re looking forward to increased productivity, efficiency and stability in comparison to previous presses, while expanding our already large banner offering across all markets. The new HP Latex 2700 printer allows us to expand our production capabilities and provides a greater variety of design options. This is why we have chosen to invest in an additional HP Latex 2700 printer to add to our existing fleet of HP digital presses.’
Michael Boyle, Global Head HP Large Format Go-to-Market stated, ‘This expansion across the HP Large Format and Industrial portfolio highlights how HP is continuing to redefine its portfolio. By adding the new Latex 2700 printer to its HP digital printers installed base, Flyerline is expanding their capabilities with more stunning applications while having greater affordability for longer runs with the new 10 litre expansion kit recently announced at drupa 2024.’
The installation of the new digital press was completed during drupa 2024 tradeshow, located at the Flyerline Switzerland site.
