HEXIS showcased the latest additions to the HX20000 and HX30000 high performance cast series at FESPA 2013, which took place from 25-29 June, including the new multi-layered HX30000 cast vinyls with surface effect finishes (carbon, alligator, leather in different colours) and the exciting new matt, super-matt and glitter colours in the HX20/30000 ranges.
For HEXIS the FESPA show was also an international platform to announce a technical cooperation with MIMAKI who in their ‘Aquarium’ space used a wide range of HEXIS digital printing media and HX20/30000 coloured and textured cast vinyl films for creative wrap applications for designer objects under a daily changing theme to illustrate the possibilities of innovative and unusual designs. The designers were thrilled by HEXIS cast media because of their exciting and unique finishes.
Also on display was the HXL300WG2 Latex digital printing film. It is free of PVC and plasticisers and boasts a printed and laminated vertical outdoor exposure of three years. It can be printed with Mutoh Bio inks and HP Latex ink and with all types of solvent and eco-solvent inks.
