Graphix Supply World Reports Positive Feedback From Sign Africa And FESPA Africa Expo

Graphix Supply World has reported positive feedback on sales and quality of visitors at the Sign Africa and FESPA Africa Expo, coming close to selling all of its machines on the stand, and anticipating that the remaining two will be sold at a later stage.

The company had buyers from around Africa as well as local buyers that welcomed the more efficient technologies. Managing director Robert Franco said that the company received a lot of happy customers buying numerous different machines, showing particular interest in the Mimaki machines and newer products.

‘Graphix Supply World is Africa’s leading supplier with all the solutions under one roof, from print to finishing technology, as well as inks and media for all digital technologies,’ said Franco. ‘With dealers throughout Africa, the company was proud to showcase technologies from Mimaki, EFI, Esko, Eurotech, Metalnox, Insta, Primera, Royal Sovereign, CWT and Aristo.’

‘The new High performance media range of affordable consumables was a big success, with all visitors saying that the company really has all the important media at the most affordable prices,’ he said. ‘Graphix Supply World are the leaders in supply of rental finance to all customers wanting to grow their business by upgrading to the latest, most cost effective technology.’

The company showcased a range of new technologies and media, collecting about 300 leads from people looking for new equipment and opportunities to buy more cost effective printing and finishing solutions. The company stated that UV and textile innovations were the main attractions at the show.

Machines that were of particular interest included:

The Mimaki JFX200-2531 UV flatbed, showcasing its high performance and capabilities to print onto thick substrates and offering the ability to produce a diverse range of products for both indoor and outdoor use.

The Mimaki TX300-1800 featuring dual ink supply, running dye sublimation for polyester and pigment for cotton.

Other innovations of interest included the Mimaki UJF 7151 flatbed printer, which features extreme accuracy for printing on sophisticated control panels.

Further highlights included the EFI Vutek GS3250LX Pro – renowned for it size, speed at which it prints, the various applications that it allows for, and the pristine quality it offers; as well as the launch of Squid window decoration (developed and woven by Lampe Textiles) which can be used with any type and shape of window. The fabric is both moisture and heat resistant, and very easy to tailor to exact specifications.

The company had an Aristo stand with overseas representation. Aristo precision cutters have for decades been a success in many industrial fields in the processing of different materials.
