Graphix Supply World (GSW) has introduced Flexa PGM heating line bending equipment designed for the heat-folding of different thermoplastic materials.
The PGM systems can heat the material along a precise and clear line of the plates of methacrylate, acrylics or polycarbonate to get clean folds without angling limits (from 0 to 180 degrees) with no need of milling to complete the job. It is supplied with a fitting circuit for water cooling system and connectors. All models are manufactured according to CE standards
Flexa Benders are available in a variety of dimensions:
• PGM 45/300: for methacrylate; 3000W; 230V; 310cm length; max thickness 0.5cm, 4.5cm min distance between bendings; and hydraulic connections included.
• PGM 45/100: for methacrylate; 1000W; 230V; 105cm length; max thickness 0.5cm, 4.5cm min distance between bendings; fixed thermal radiation width 10mm and hydraulic connections included.
• PGM 45/200: for methacrylate; 2000W; 230V; 210cm length; max thickness 0.5cm; 4.5cm min distance between bendings; fixed thermal radiation width 10mm and hydraulic connections included.
• PGM 18/100: for methacrylate; 1000W; 230V; 105cm length; max thickness 0.4cm; 1.8cm min distance between bendings; fixed thermal radiation width 8mm and hydraulic connections included.
• PGM 18/200: for methacrylate; 2000W; 230V; 210cm length; max thickness 0.4cm; 1.8cm min distance between bendings; fixed thermal radiation width 0.8cm and hydraulic connections included.
• PGM MB/100: for methacrylate; 2800W; 230V; 105cm length; max thickness 1cm; adjustable thermal radiation width between 0 and 6cm and hydraulic connections included.
• PGM MB/200: for methacrylate: 3500W; 230V; 210cm length; max thickness 1cm; adjustable thermal radiation width between 0 and 6cm and hydraulic connections included.
