Graphix Supply World (GSW) recently appointed three new dealers within the East Africa region. These include agents in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.
GSW managing director Robert Franco said, ‘We have appointed like-minded companies that have proven capacity to support a growing, digitally-led printing and supplies population with the correct equipment and dedicated service. These are well established dealers with existing sales and support networks that have their own direct sales staff. By adding our top of the range equipment from the likes of Mimaki, EFI, Aristo and Eurotech to name a few, these dealers are now able to deliver a quality full-house solution to their customers. Our newly selected dealers are very happy to be able to add such world class brands to their product offering.’
African consumers in these countries will now have access to many of the digital print, cut and finishing innovations, along with ink and media supplies available through Graphix Supply World. For GSW to fully support their dealer development and ensure a high standard of customer service, each newly appointed dealer will undertake sales and technical support training during the course of the new year.
