Graphics One will introduce the GoTx 1900 fully integrated textile printing system that features the ability to print ‘Everything Textile’ using its combination of an industrial print engine and a newly developed fixation system.
The unique textile media handling system can work with virtually all types of inks including dispersed dyes and pigment inks. With a resolution of up to 1440 dpi, 4-6-8 colours at a speed of up to 92.9sqm (1000 square feet per hour), and an integrated fixation unit, this unit establishes a new standard in the direct-to-textile space.
Steve Richardson, Managing Director of Pigment.inc stated, ‘SGIA has become a world famous show for showcasing new digital technology and we are pleased to be able to launch the GoTX 1900 there. We launched the GoTx 2600 during FESPA and sales of this unit have been much better than expected. We believe the market is seeking a smaller but full featured system of the 1900 size and are excited to use SGIA as the launch site.’
According to Dan Barefoot, President of Graphics One, ‘Both the GoTx 1900 and 2600 are exciting entrants in the direct-to-textile market. Being able to offer a fully integrated system like this in both North and South America has been a goal of ours for a long time. The vision of Pigment.inc in designing an end-to-end digital textile printing system certainly will meet the needs of most professional digital textile users.’
The Graphics One GoTx 1900 textile printing system will be introduced at SGIA expo, taking place from 4-6 November 2015 in Atlanta, GA.
