Grafityp has introduced new products following work spent on its re-branding.
1. GRAFITACK 200-300 series
The Grafitack 200-300 series is mainly used for long-term outdoor sign making on even or slightly undulating surfaces. Grafityp will offer eight colours of this series with the air escape technology as well. This will make application even easier and faster for sign makers. These colours will also remain available without the air escape technology.
2. GRAFICAST Supercast series
With the Grafityp rebranding, the company also has a new colour for the Grafityp logo. The colour is also made in a cast quality. The order code for this colour is SC1155 (Caribbean green). The Graficast series is the ideal solution for long term applications under the most extreme conditions.
3. PVC-free GEF series
A new colour has been added to the GEF series as well, GEFM92 (gold matte), a durable alternative to monomeric and polymeric PVC films.
4. PVC-free etched glass film
Grafitack EFTRx01 will come with air escape technology. This means that the film should be applied dry, which is possible thanks to the technology.
5. Monomeric ultra-removable print media
Two monomeric ultra removable print films have been added to the company’s Grafiprint M-series: a glossy (Mx110UR) and a matte (Mx111UR) quality. Both films can, thanks to the air escape technology, be applied easily and without air bubbles by anyone. These films can easily be removed and re-applied elsewhere.
6. Polymeric print film for application at cold temperatures
This film can be applied when it is freezing cold. Thanks to its special adhesive, Grafiprint S22CT can be applied at an outside temperature up to -10°C.
7. Cast Super High Tack film
The company now also offer a cast quality for this application, order reference S838SHT.
8. Laminates for UV-curable inks
Prints made with UV-curable inks often require a special laminate. The company already offered a number of laminates for protecting these prints. Now it has added the following monomeric, polymeric and PVC-free laminates:
– M010PUV (monomeric – glossy).
– M011PUV (monomeric – matte).
– LAM121UV (PVC-free – matte).
– LAM130UV (PVC-free – satin).
– LAM171UV (PVC-free – glossy).
– LAM200UV (polymeric – matte).
