Gencotech showcased its DTF, DTG, flatbed printing, cutting, printing solutions and more at the Graphics, Print and Sign Expo which was held at Gallagher Convention Centre from 14-16 September.
GLM A3 DTF UV printer
Features include four colours – CMYK, and optional varnish and white colour, low ink costs, print height of 120mm, cylindrical prints, as well as a hot laminator that is included. It is also equipped with an absorption platform that sucks work pieces downwards to ensure an even print quality throughout the print area.
GLM 64 UV printer (A2 UV printer)
The printer features an Epson Dx8 print head, 1440dpi print resolution, flatbed and rotary printing, four colours – CMYK, and varnish and white colour, 600 x 400mm print area, automatic white ink stirring solution, LCD control panel and more.
GCC JF-240UV flatbed printer
The industrial-grade UV printer offers print quality. Features include: dual UV LED lamps, one litre bulk ink system, roll-to-roll system/rotary attachment (optional item), four colours – CMYK and optional varnish and white colour.
GCC Puma IV LX cutter
Powered by a digitally controlled servo system, the Puma IV produces graphics with up to 40 ips (1020mm/sec) cutting speed, 500g of cutting force and 5 metres of tracking ability, making it a truly reliable machine for sign makers.
Some of the other solutions included the GLM eco-solvent printer, GLM DTG 2020 DTG printer, GCC Jaguar V LX cutter and GCC E200 desktop laser engraver. Demonstrations were done on a heat press and heating oven.
