Gencotech first launched the MG380 Hybrid laser marker at FESPA Digital held in May in Munich. Now the company is bringing the marker to FESPA Africa, being held from 2-4 July 2014 at the Gallagher Convention Centre.
This newly launched model has the chassis of X380: working area of 960x610mm with Servo motor of maximum 40IPS working speed. It combines the 100 Watt DC exited laser tube for thick materials cutting and 12/25 Watt RF Synrad tube for engraving. The X380 has an optional item called AAS with high precision of contour cutting capability for the cut after print application.
The company believes that this combination is of much better engraving quality than just a normal glass tube laser and the deeper cutting capabilities make the new model unique and competitive.
