Exion Corporation launched the 2PC-67, 2PC-50 and 80 Integrate aluminium return profiles at the Cape Town Sign Expo (11-12 May 2016).
The 2PC-67 is a 67mm high aluminium channel letter return that has a recessed lip on the top for your letters face and a recessed lip for you letters backing, this means there is no need for an extra trim to hold the letters face in place. One can also use this to create Halo channel lettering. By using this return you will save on material and time.
The 2PC-50 and 80 Integrate aluminium return profiles are 50mm and 80mm high and made from aluminium powder coated white. These profiles give you a beadles face finish.
You can also pin the 2mm Polycarbonate face countersunk on to the lip (this Polycarbonate is an LED diffuser). On top of this, you can epoxy an acrylic face to build up the letter for a different effect.
The recess on top of the polycarbonate can also be filled with a coloured resin for another effect.
