Exion Corporation has introduced its new NLT 20-U, a 1.2m LED tube that will replace the well-known and widely used old fluorescent tubes.
The tubes have been designed to be used in the signage industry for optimal illumination and long lasting light. It provides high-efficiency and energy saving.
The tubes can be used for various applications, not just for the signage industry but for shop fitting, outdoor advertising boards and light boxes, as well as household and office use.
The eco-friendly product is light weight and easy to install. The LED tubes are energy saving and carry a luminous efficiency of 95 lm/W. Additionally, 96 LEDs per tube boasts a constant 110° beam angle and carries a total weight of only 180 grams per tube. The life span of the tube is 30,000 + hours of constant illumination.
An IP rating of 67 ensures that the LED tubes are waterproof and have passed the necessary certifications. A power connection of direct 220V means no transformer is required, which in turn will save costs and time on installation.
Terry clips and waterproof connectors are included with the tubes, and are sold as a complete kit. The connector system allows users to link tubes in a series of up to 50 tubes from one power source.
