Epson’s strategic leadership enhancement underscores its newly established sales company’s commitment to investing in and expanding its presence. Epson Middle East FZCO (EME) has promoted four exceptionally talented leaders to senior management positions within its META-CW Asia operating region, covering key markets including Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Central and West Asia, centrally managed from a regional office in Dubai, UAE.
The appointments will serve to accelerate the growth of Epson EME and increase its footprint over the next five years while optimising the company’s operations in key disciplines. Christine Chua has been appointed as Strategic Planning Director, Natalie Harrison has taken on the role of Marketing Director, Razia Mahomed is now Services and Support Director, and Charley Stevens has been named HR Director.

The percentage of women in management positions at Epson META-CW Asia is currently 47%, reflecting the organisation’s ongoing commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion at all levels. Epson is progressing this commitment further through initiatives like internship programmes, leadership training, and transparent career development pathways.
As the Strategic Planning Director, Christine Chua now leads key sales analysis and planning processes, provides input into functional strategy, and drives operational rigour and business analysis for the company’s senior sales leadership team. Chua joined Epson’s UK office in 2019 as the Business Planning Manager before progressing to a Senior Business Manager post in Dubai.
Natalie Harrison’s remit as the Marketing Director includes leading the company’s marketing team to define and deliver strategies across the region. Harrison joined Epson’s UK office in 2018 as the Manager of Marketing Services for the UK and Ireland. Previously, she held senior marketing and operational positions in companies across several industries, including technology, gaming, and retail.
In the role of Services & Support Director, Razia Mahomed leads a team focused on improving productivity and operational efficiency while putting customers first. She is responsible for driving the transition from cost- to profit-generating services by maximising opportunities to provide value-added support to Epson stakeholders and customers. Mahomed joined Epson’s Dubai office in 2020 as the Services & Support Manager for the MEAFIS region.
Charley Stevens’s responsibilities as the HR Director involve leading the company’s human resource function and partnering with the business to cultivate a diverse and innovative environment where people and the organisation can mutually thrive. Steven’s joined Epson’s UK office in 2018 as a Senior HR Advisor supporting the EMEA organisation and moved to the UAE in an operational HR role in 2020. Since then, she was promoted to head up the HR function for the META-CW region (previously named CISMETA) before being promoted to HR Director in July 2024.

Natalie Harrison
Natalie Harrison is the Marketing Director for Epson’s META-CW Asia region, based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, she is leading the company’s marketing team to define and deliver the marketing strategy across the region. Natalie joined Epson’s UK office in 2018 as the Manager of Marketing Services for the UK and Ireland. Previously she held senior marketing, commercial and operational positions for companies across several industries, including technology, gaming, and retail.
Harrison has a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and an MA in Marketing and Innovation from Anglia Ruskin University in the UK. She lives in Dubai and enjoys spending time with her friends and family enjoying the outdoors and is enthusiastic about travelling to explore new places and cultures.
Charley Stevens
Charley Stevens is the HR Director for Epson’s META-CW Asia region, based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, she is leading the company’s HR team across the region in partnering with the business to cultivate a diverse, inclusive, and innovative environment, where people and the organisation can both thrive.
Stevens joined Epson’s UK office in 2018 as a Senior HR Advisor supporting the EMEA region, before progressing through the ranks to the post of the Head of HR – CISMETA in Dubai. Previously, she held various HR positions in diverse industries.
Stevens holds a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Foundation Qualification in HR Practice. She lives in Dubai with her husband and daughter and enjoys training / anything active, travelling and spending time with her friends and family.
Stevens describes both her personal and professional purpose as ‘enriching the lives of others’, something which is embodied in the purpose of Seiko Epson Corporation, EME’s parent company.
Christine Chua
Christine Chua is the Strategic Planning Director for Epson’s META-CW Asia region, based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, her remit includes leading key sales analysis and planning processes, providing input into functional strategy, and driving operational rigour and business analysis for the company’s senior sales leadership team.
Chua joined Epson’s UK office in 2019 as the Business Planning Manager – CISMEA before progressing to a Senior Business Manager post in Dubai. Previously, she worked as Channel Operations Manager and Marketing Communications Manager and held a variety of marketing positions at multiple technology brands in Southeast Asia and Europe. Chua has a degree in Marketing from Charles Sturt University in Australia. She lives in Dubai and enjoys travelling and watching movies.
Razia Mahomed
Razia Mahomed is the Services and Support Director for Epson’s META-CW Asia region, based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, her remit includes leading the company’s Services and Support team across the region with a focus on putting customers first whilst improving productivity and operational efficiency. She is also responsible for driving the transition from cost to profit-generating services by maximising opportunities to provide value-added support to key stakeholders and customers. Mahomed joined Epson’s Dubai office in 2020 as the Services & Support Manager for the MEAFIS region. Previously, she held various positions in services, support, and finance in the technology sector.
Mahomed has a BCom in Finance and Management from the University of South Africa. She lives in Dubai and enjoys travelling and spending time with the family.
